LILY DUSCHEN
I am a certified Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence. With a teaching style that is both encouraging and precise, I focuses on form, alignment, and mindful movement to support each client’s individual goals! I am a former college soccer player, and a soccer coach. I love all kinds of exercise to get your body moving and feeling good! My goal is to welcome all clients into a fresh, uplifting space where community, wellness, and growth come together!

Not at all. At New York Pilates Club, our classes are built for every level — from total beginner to experienced Pilates-lovers. Our certified instructor will guide you every step of the way, helping with form and modifications so you feel confident and safe, no matter your starting point.

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are optional for Reformer classes (we’ll have them available to purchase if you don’t own a pair yet). Bring water to stay hydrated. We provide all equipment, mats, and towels.

Consistency matters more than intensity. For noticeable improvements in posture, strength, alignment, mobility, 2–3 classes per week is ideal. Even once a week can be beneficial, especially if you’re easing into movement.

Absolutely. We offer drop-in classes at our regular rate. We also have a “Everyday Movement” membership option that gives you access to discounted drop-ins if you prefer flexibility without a full unlimited plan.

One of the biggest benefits of Pilates is its focus on core strength, mobility, balance, and alignment, all of which support better posture and relief from tension or discomfort caused by long hours sitting or repetitive movement.
